Positive Vibes.

Let’s keep the positive vibes flowing… this journal will highlight all of the positive things about YOU. That’s right! YOU. This entry, I challenge you to write down 5-10 things you love about yourself, or are really good at! :) Again, journaling this should help to improve your overall mood and focus; it can also help to drain out the negative, and provide you with a new (and more supportive) perspective on yourself entirely. Below, you will find a few things I love most about myself/things I am really good at:
1. My creativity
2. My time management/organizational skills
3. The way I love/care for people
4. My mindset
5. My ability to empathize and understand others
FYI: you can do this regularly; it is especially beneficial in the morning time, when you first get up; to again, help you to reframe your mind and focus on the good stuff!
