Sun Salutation (B).

Hi there! Below, you will find another short video on a basic 'sun salutation,' variance B. Just like sun A, these simple movements can help you just flush your body/mind of stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions that might be floating inside of you during these unsettling times. Remember, sync your breaths as best you can with each movement... starting with an inhale as you begin to move-- hint: you will hear me start with this in the video. Again, you can practice this whenever you want, and however many times you want! And, if you need modifications (like in high plank, just bring your knees back down to the floor, just as I showed you in the sun A post!) Modifications in movement are A-OKAY!


So, whatever works for you-- you do! And, practice safely please :)



And, just like last time, sit down, either cross legged or on your shins, and slow your breath down. Complete your own personal 'mantra' (see previous post, mindful movement 1 for clarification) to seal in your movement, and thank yourself for taking the time to move/practice. Here is another one I like a lot:
